Organiser guide
Run a league
in 5 steps.
Everything you need to set up and run your Last Man Standing league. Short and simple — you will be up and running in a couple of minutes.
Name your league
Give it a name your players will recognise — the pub, the office, the group chat.
Choose your options
Set the entry fee, player limits and the rules — draws in week one, missed picks, buy-backs, jokers, double picks, rollover and the deal. Change them later in league settings.
Invite your players
Share your league code or link, or print the QR poster. Players sign in with a one-tap email link and make their first pick in seconds — any phone, no app.
Run each week
Players pick one team a week and get a reminder before each deadline. Results settle automatically, everyone gets their result by email, and you get a results card to post in the group chat.
Crown the winner
Last one standing wins — or, if you've switched the deal on, the last few can all agree to split the prize. Then you pay out.
Running it
You hold the money. We do the rest.
The site never touches the cash — players pay you however you like. Everything else is in your organiser controls on the league page.
You hold it
- Players pay you directly — bank transfer, cash, however you like.
- Tick off who has paid in the standings. Players can see they’re marked paid.
- Remove anyone who doesn’t pay, and confirm buy-backs once the money’s in.
- Raising money for a club or charity? Show the total raised on the league page, poster and big screen.
- At the end you pay the winner yourself.
Fix anything, fairly
- Set or change a player’s pick, and override a result if the feed gets one wrong.
- Call off a gameweek, pause the league, or undo the last settled round.
- Send an announcement to every player by email and phone notification.
- Turn the banter wall on or off, and remove messages.
- Every change is recorded in the league log, which all your players can see.
